Fausto Coppi 2023: appointment on Sunday 25 June
Fausto Coppi: here we go again! One of the most loved events by Italian, European and other cyclists is back.

The ASD Fausto Coppi on the road, organizer of the famous Cuneo international Granfondo, is pleased to announce the opening of registrations for the 2023 edition, scheduled for November 21, 2022.

News that many enthusiasts have been waiting for for a long time: the date of the event is set for the weekend of 06/25/2023 and, as for the previous editions, the number of participants is limited to 2800.

Now in its 34th edition, after a break in 2022, the international Granfondo La Fausto Coppi restarts, proposing its two famous routes: Granfondo of 177 km and 4,125 meters in altitude and Mediofondo of 111 km and 2,500 meters in altitude.

The Mountain Grand Prix for both routes is the legendary Colle Fauniera, a 22.3 km climb up to 2,481 meters where there is the monument to Pantani.

The departure is set for 7 on Sunday 25 June, from the very central Piazza Galimberti in Cuneo, where the race pack collection operations are also scheduled from Friday and where the event village will be located.

The comment of the mayor of Cuneo Patrizia Manassero: “For Cuneo and the territory, the return of La Fausto Coppi is excellent news. I thank the organizers for this renewed commitment; we immediately gave support and worked so that this beloved event could return to Cuneo and to our mountains.

Fausto Coppi is many things together: certainly sport and promotion of the territory, but also an opportunity for cyclists from all over the world to meet, who find here the opportunity to put their passion into play”.

As usual, the La Fausto Coppi jersey, provided to each participant, will be mandatory for the entire duration of the race.

The ASD Fausto Coppi on the road will donate the registrations of the Solidarity Grid for the almost ten-year project “Salviamo le Strade di Montagna”: 200 seats at 120 euros each. to start in the front row and help maintain the paths where the event passes.

Registrations will open, as mentioned, on 21 November next, on the website www.endu.net (click on events and select cycling and then type La Fausto Coppi)

The tuition costs are as follows:

€50 until 12/31/2022
€60 until 04/30/2023
€70 from 01/05/2023 to 21/06/2023 subject to availability of 2800 places
Solidarity grid: 200 seats at €120.00 each.
The organizing committee is working on a great event, full of ideas and new projects to make the more than 5,000 enthusiasts – including cyclists and families – who arrive in Cuneo spend a weekend of pure fun and great cycling.
